Mike is an excellent Personal trainer, who I would highly recommend. He is very patient, positive , and full of enthusiasm. He is very knowledgable and a tremendous motivator , who makes me want to be the best I can be . Pushes you to your limits and takes you out of your comfort zone with different methods amd training days...no day is ever the same. Provides encouragement and motovation when needed. I worked with Mike for several months and the results that were achieved were amazing. He helped me implement a practical diet and fitness regime into my daily life and I started seeing brilliant results after the very first week. In the past I have struggled to keep up motivation however Mike was always there when that little boost of motivation was needed. I have lost a significant amount of weight and my overall fitness has improved massively, and I would never have been able to achieve the results I did without his help. Mike struck a perfect balance between professional and friendly, and each session was just as challenging as the last. I would definitely recommend his service.
If you want results then mike is definitely a guy I would highly recommend. He will make you train harder than you would push yourself but also with amazing results, its all down to sheer dedication and hard work but the results are fantastic. Mike has been my personal trainer once a week since january and in that short time, he has pushed me to my limits and I've lost a massive 2 and half stone. My fitness level is much better than it was. He is also very good at nutrition and its not like being on a diet as you eat often and are never hungry its about eating the right things. If I didn't have mike as my personal trainer then the results I want would still be a million miles away.

I need to maximise the limited time I have in the gym. I visit the gym fairly often, but get better results from an hour's training with Mike, because he will challenge you to push yourself further than you think you could manage. That extra push makes you ache, but pain means results. A trainer who motivates you is great. I would recommend him over others I have tried.
