If you want results then mike is definitely a guy I would highly recommend. He will make you train harder than you would push yourself but also with amazing results, its all down to sheer dedication and hard work but the results are fantastic. Mike has been my personal trainer once a week since january and in that short time, he has pushed me to my limits and I’ve lost a massive 2 and half stone. My fitness level is much better than it was. He is also very good at nutrition and its not like being on a diet as you eat often and are never hungry its about eating the right things. If I didn’t have mike as my personal trainer then the results I want would still be a million miles away.
